Wil my 220v 3 phase motor get broke if i turn the voltage on the emerson drive down to lets say 100v, and use the frequensy to adjust the motor rpm ore can the motor burn up like i read around? When i adjust down the voltage the engine not produce that loud screamy sound when i turn down the speed

i have an issue with this drive not connecting local. ethernet cable going to black box then to hmi. drive runs only in hand. can’t get it to go local? any suggestions?
